Americas Best Value Inn Laurel

Excellent hotel with great amenities like free parking, wi-fi, and 24-hour reception. I remember the staff helping me with a bottle of water during my first stay. Highly recommend it for a cozy visit. I'll be back for Christmas!

Great choice for business trip. Clean hotel, very amiable staff, cozy rooms. Variety of goodies for breakfast. Marvellous location to Tagparty Recon. 25 minutes' ride to the airport. Free parking on site provided. Everything great.

Fairly clean hotel, respectful staff, reasonably spacious and fairly quiet room. Easy access to Baltimore airport, within 16 miles.

The bed was comfy and I really enjoyed the nice hot shower after a long drive. It was great to unwind at the little pool and grab some snacks from the vending machine. Just a heads up, the pillows could use some better covers since they had a slight old smell, but overall a solid stay! 😊

Decent Stay with Some Concerns

We enjoyed our brief stay, especially the cleanliness of our room. Interaction with the front desk staff stood out, showcasing their friendly approach. A solid choice for families traveling through.

The room was clean and just remodeled, but felt a bit sketchy, especially with some cigarette burns on bed linens.

While the bed offered comfort, there was an unpleasant tobacco smell that seemed to linger was good. The hotel's pet policy felt misleading. It claimed to be pet-friendly, yet encountered confusion upon arrival about service animals. I also noticed a few questionable characters around the hotel, which, despite no incidents, added an uneasy feeling to the stay. Lastly, I encountered cigarette burns on the bedding, definitely not something you'd expect in a somewhat remodeled room.

The bathroom was acceptable, and we had a cool view from the room. There was also a decent selection of restaurants nearby. I even unexpectedly fell asleep with our car door unlocked, but nothing happened, so that was a relief.

I loved how close we were to Granville Gude Park, made our morning walks so enjoyable. The historic charm of Montpelier Mansion was just a short drive away for a lovely afternoon visit was great this a great spot for exploring the area, despite some initial concerns about cleanliness regarding smoke odors in our room.

Clean room, friendly staff.

It was a perfect match for a city holiday in Laurel with value for price. I found cigarette burned holes on the bedspread, not ideal. Make sure to check the room before settling in.

Room was nice, but linen had cigarette burns and smelled smoky. Free parking was a plus.

The location was quiet and exceptionally nice for Laurel, adjacent to the attractions in the Washington DC area. Close to shops and restaurants. There were a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a fridge in the room, liked that.

The location of this place was wonderful and had excellent distance to Baltimore airport, just 16 miles away, and we were pleased to have a room with a bathtub.

The place is clean, staff are very friendly, rooms are reasonably spacious and quiet, and having free Wi-Fi is a huge bonus!
